This was fast. I predict this will be a very busy thread come August/September.
I predict massive Starviper shortages in this thread. Between Autothrusters: the expansion and Guns for Hire, everyone's got more butterflies than they know what to do with.
Looking for Starvipers and Gunboats.
I'll check back in if this thread is alive in September, but I think I will need Wedge Antilles' pilot card and ship base (that's it) and the cards, tiles, and dials for either
a) 3 Interceptors, 1 Phantom, and 1 Striker, or
b) up to 3 StarVipers (heh), 1 Kihraxz, and 1 Jumpmaster.
I would then likely have most of the stuff from the opposite (Scum/Empire) conversion kit to trade, unless I'm able to arrange trades locally. I might want to trade for some useful upgrade cards for those ships, too, since they're apparently all faction-locked now.
It's possible I'll be able to arrange these trades locally (or won't be able to buy in at all), so I'll try to check in again come September.

I know I will have one gunboat left, that's the only 100% I know. Also, Will most likely be trading 1.0 scum ships/bases for imperial 2.0 stuff.

I will make no such promises. I am going to Gen Con. I think I'm going to make a killing on these things.

I'm going to buy 2 rebel boxes, so the only thing I will NOT have extras to trade/sell would be X wings.
Going to buy 1 empire to start, and that will more than cover my collection, only things I will NOT have extras to trade/sell will be Defenders, Fighters, and Interceptors. If I buy a 2nd one I'll be able to piece it all out.

Just to be clear about trading here in order to make sure no one is violating the forum rules... we're not allowed to sell or post links to any of our stuff on Ebay or anything, right?
I'll be getting one of every conversion kit, so I'm likely to have about a spare dial for every ship.
I've already traded a TIE Phantom cardboard for an IGGy plastic, and will be either trading or more likely buying from a friend or a 3p reseller a Defender cardboard. I'm trading out all my rebels except the K Wing (ew) to a friend in exchange for some of his no-longer-rebels and the Imps from his core set etc, and maybe a little cash, as it's not a terribly even trade at the moment. I may ceremonially burn the K Wing, good riddance to bad rubbish.
I bought 3 other ships in a May the Fourth sale.
I'm short 23 other bits of plastic which I may or may not wind up buying or trading for. Mostly I'm pretty happy with where I'm at. I'll see how I go before september and see what the previews and rules look like before I make too many more rash puchasing decisions.
It helps that I won one of my conversion kits at the weekend!

I have two 1st ed tie fighter models, one custom painted, that I'd like to trade for a single complete 2nd ed tie/ln expansion.
As others have said, I will be looking local first. But most of my locals are small-time collectors like myself, and most are Scum/Rebel, like myself. So I will likely have some Rebel stuff and be looking for a few bits of Imperials, so I can fly my three or four favorite Imperial and Rebel ships. And of course, an bunch of 'Vipers, so that when the inevitable Epic conversion hits I will be able to field six of my Murderflies again.

I'm pretty new to the forum but I've got good trade ratings on ebay and boardgamegeek (as DarthHenryAllen and KlydeFrog).
