ya, those conversion kits are pretty pants on head crazy imo considering they're going to need a starter kit too.(new damage deck). I like the idea of a second edition for X-wing, but not making any Armada announcements (the game I still actually play) kinda killed it for me.

Yeah, I am thinking I am going to just sell all my X-Wing stuff now. I have no interest in repurchasing the game when I only just got into it within the last 2 years. As for my newest investment in Armada, I am sad about this, but I am really sad for you long timers, I am still enjoying it because everything is so brand new to me, but for you guys, this is like another kick in the gut. Here's hoping for some new great news for Armada! Maybe Legion will add Prequels, I'll get into that to replace X-Wing

It's crazy to me that even Dras has hit his optimistic limit. He's been about the only person to remain 90+% positive forums while we whine away but FFG has managed to demoralize him a bit too.

yup. It does make sense. The only thing that doesn't is how someone let that "Hyperspace Report" go out baiting every other SW game out there. This was a bad call.

I’m a stay at home father of a special needs kid for 12 hours a day, as well as then working a graveyard shift.
when I stay with him, I have no computer. Only a basic smartphone with a broken wifi connection.
I can’t stream data or video.
So when I say... I did a lot and worked a lot and scrimped and saved and FOUND A WAY to be able to live stream an announcement that I thought would be... you know, a great shining piece of positivity in my depression...
... I feel hurt and betrayed.
Now, I shouldn’t. I mean, there shouldn’t have been any expectations from me, given not only the track record, but the fact that they are a business who does not have to pander directly to me... but still.
its how I feel.
I’m back in a hole.
Next time don't call it a hyperspace report. I'm not a super lore buff, but I'm pretty certain a lot of starfighters can't even go at hyperspace.

We are at the mercy of market forces. Armada will never be the priority.
Just accept where the game is on the $$ hierarchy and adjust your expectations accordingly.
