If Porkins pulls a K turn (or Tallon roll now) uses his ability to remove a stress, then perform an action and PTL after for second action, can he use his ability again?
Or similarly if he is attacked by 3 tactician azitucks, can he use his ability 3 times?
Absolutely! There is no "once per round" on his card and each stress is a new opportunity

And updated for new tech:
You gain stress-free barrel rolls (so no need for experimental interface), talon rolls, a hull point and permanent offensive focus and save a point into the bargain.

I like the experimental interface there to use any time I take damage from his ability, including after red maneuvers(which are now more significant!)
- Do red maneuver (or EH)
- Clear stress
- Take damage (3/8)
- Take action
- EI for R5-D8 to repair damage (3/8)
It lets me try immediately to repair self inflicted damage more than for action economy and if it works once then it's already breaking even with Hull upgrade for value. If I don't take damage from a red maneuver then I'll situationally decide whether I want to play the odds with clearing one or two stress from EI+EH.
With new spoiled content I'm thinking of switching the elite to either Stay on Target or VI...
Then again, with a barrel roll on his action bar he'll only take one stress from EI+EH and still gets to clear a target lock and keep up action economy by doing something else first. Oh, the possibilities! Porkins will ride again!
