its not just too good, its bonkers. a reaper with ailerons is a tougher b-wing with a better dial and more maneuverability. this mean for 31 points you can perform 3 epic actions per round and effectively have re-enforce against jammed ships(ptl, tactical officer, isb slicer, and captain feroh).

I'm pretty excited to put this on the board with Strikers. Beyond that, Tactical Officer and Optimized Prototype are exciting cards for imps. I think this expansion really opens things up a bit for imperials. It will be interesting to see if anything top tier (or overpowered) comes out of it.

Yeah, his special isn't once-per-turn so Recon Specialist gives him two focus tokens to hand out. Lightweight frame increases the chances of being able to use those focuses too. You could even put two Recon Specialists on him.

Edit: Well I was looking for a 4 Striker-plus-Reaper squad to build but at 22 points for the PS1 guy this means there's just 2 points left for support crew with no LWF.

Not... really? The Empire is wildly lacking in good crew carriers, even now.

None of them touch the ridiculousness that is Fenn Rau. Best combo of cheap and high PS available is 27 points for Tomax. Which is 2 points more than Fenn WITH hotshot, and it loses its pilot ability and... well hotshot... into the bargain.

Sigh.

Krennic is practically tailor-made for RAC/Vader. What does Vader hate? Rolling blanks! What does RAC hate? Not having rerolls on his attack because he was too busy arc-dodging/Kyloing! I think this is going to be good.

Krennic on Whisper is also fascinating. I wish Whisper was better in the current meta, though.

Yeah, pretty amazing. You give up Kylo or the Emperor to get Krennic. I feel like Krennic+Kylo+Rebel Captive is probably better than Emperor+Kylo, but I'm not at all an expert.

So now we need to figure out how to get tactical officer and kylo in a list that makes sense and woo kylo can dodge and point fortress harder!

Don't worry, she's about to be.

RAC with Krennic is nice, but if you also bring Kylo, you lose Palp, so there's big trade-offs to be concerned with there. Kylo/Krennic/TacOff maybe.

This is just crazy value. Other than the pilot abilities and the ISB Slicer, everything in this pack is top tier value.

2 points and a crew for coordinate is going to find a way to be busted.

Krennic’s conditon’s additional text makes him even BETTER. When I saw it was there, I was convinced it was going to be something stupid to make the card worthless. But holy crap, hold on to your shorts people.
