Dang! Wedge, BB-8, PTL is pretty scary. Even with the limited greens compared to th T-70, you can still be a bit squirrelly and get TL and focus. Add his pilot ability and you have a pretty nasty combo. Nearly beat my brothers RAC, Inquisitor, TIE/fo P4 generic list with Dash, Wedge, Bandit, but barely ran Dash (last ship) off the board. Gets me excited to add S-Foils and Renegade Refit to him and try some more.

I had a "Yavin Bros" list a while back (Wedge, Luke, and Biggs), and I really liked Outmanuever on Wedge. Takes some work to set up since T-65 is a clunky brick, but very satisfying when opponent can't dodge his attacks. I used BB-8 for that as well.

I like Star Vipers and Outmanuever as well.

It will be nice to see some more T-65s hit the field.

A fully modified 3 die primary that imposes -1 agi was always good

Problem was cost and durability

Cost problem has been answered, durability has not (most likely doesn't need to be because it's cheaper, but worth pointing out)

Hoping Wedge will be decent now. In the wider "meta" climate, his lack of durability just got him diced by super turrets. Can only hope lower cost = more things in his squad = more dice to bear against super turrets

He won't be hyper competitive (generally guaranteed durability >>> strong offense, unless said offense is ABSURDLY strong ie triple torpscouts) but hoping he's decent

Though I personally far prefer Flight Assist + predator. Flight Assist is a tad finnicly, but imo less so than being locked to greens. Plus, you know you're going to bust put that new talonroll. Predator will keep giving you rerolls even after that

Luke, Wedge, Biggs and a Rookie is probably a solid B-tier squad now. Just threw this together so could probably be better but this might not be terrible.
