For what it's worth, I am also not excited about an SSD. If it came out, I'd buy it as I'm a tournament player and FFG will likely have several cards I want. But I will likely only use it how I use my Rebel and Imperial X-Wing Huge ships - displayed on my bookshelf and not played with.

What I love is that they haven't gone to the audience a single time for questions, in this "Panel". These are all canned questions, none of which came from the stream or a live non-FFG person....This is putting me in a seriously bad mood....

me too, they allowed all of the games encompassed by the Star Wars brand to get in on this and then boom, x-wing only...

I cannot roll my eyes hard enough over this "event".

Good on them to do an XWing 2.0, but so many dumb decisions by FFG here. Wasn't announced until many/most already had their travel plans, wasn't called an XWing event,"panel" isn't, and logical events to hype releases for multiple games has now come and gone...

Maybe an announcement on Friday?

I expected nothing, yet am still disappointed.

So I was typing this before I heard that it turned out true.

With no major competitor out there looking to steal I don't understand why FFG isn't a little bit more transparent about future plans for games like Armada.

For instance a list of ships they're thinking about putting in the game at some point would be incredible. With the conceit that they may take a while to be implemented into the game"

More so by FFG'S horrendus communication skills.

If you aren't planning on announcing content then you need to reasure your fans that you're still working on it or news is coming.

I'm beyond aggravated at this point, I was already having a $#*! day and I at least had this to look forward too. Now I'm even more aggravated and I'm having a nasty migraine. Time for some Tylenol and Tea.

This was gonna be the best thing today after a terrible morning, and now my afternoon and evening is ruined.

the point is, before that I was in no hurry to get an article (although I am a die hard SSD fan). Now, I am thoroughly pissed off. But FFG knows that the worst thing I could do, namely stop playing, wont happen. So why should they care at all?

and since they wrote something like „update on some of our upcoming products“ they are fine. just some x wing products.
