can u think of other lists/archetypes that could benefit from reliable TL ? Lots of strikers/moaaar Nus? big bases like oicunn or loaded Kylo Sensor Jammer Upsilom shuttle ?

That is unique. I can't see any flaws in the choices - I can't imagine how it would work except seeing it on the table.
