It's the most impactful 1 point Astro, sure, but you could fly a lot of pilots optimally without it (r2d2 Luke, m9g8 tarn, r2/r4-d6 Biggs, r7-t1 that ps 5 renegade guy, bb8 that ps 7 renegade guy...)

You NEED renegade refit

Right, but I was referring to a 5 x-wing list. With Rookie Pilot, Retro and Servo, you’re at 19 points each. What other 1 point Astromech makes sense across that list?

R2 Astro isn't bad, though not as good as FAA.
