@CaribbeanNinja very creative list! I like how you have taken a list that is super-effective at moving squadrons and cleverly updated it for a post-FAQ meta (where the data clearly shows that squadron-based lists are struggling) by removing the squadrons. I would caution you, however, that taking too many expensive titles like Phoenix Home can sometimes leave you short on points that you'd rather spend elsewhere. I also should mention that TRC on the MC80 Command is, unfortunately, useless: I have found that red dice are quite reliable on their own without any form of dice correction.

Otherwise, a very fun list! I look forward to seeing it in action on Wednesday and again on Friday!

THANK YOU!

I've edited my list. I was really questioning that TRC anyways, as the extra points now give me a solid bid at 10 (I doubt ANYONE would be crazy enough to bid more, really.) I don't know how I could lose with two heavy ships in my list now that I'm pretty much guaranteed first.

Do you think Cracken works? I really like his haircut, but people keep telling me that Leia or Sato are better in this build.

So far all I've got is Sloane and all the YV-666s I can fit. I keep changing my mind on the exact ship composition but definitely Sensor Teams in every weapon team slot I have.

Well, since you asked so nicely....

I don't have much experience with Cracken, but I don't believe that Sato placed particularly highly last year... and Leia didn't even manage to make it into the top 32. I think that Cracken is probably the best choice out of the three.

Crackens fine for the list. You may want to consider Leia instead, though, as double Raymus Antilles powers on large ships, brah!

Also, I appreciate your help @rasproteus but I've been playing this list for like 2 days now and it's already the most powerful thing I've ever seen. No one believes in my 8 Lancers, but oh can they get work DONE.

Another clever build - I think that rogues are going to be very popular this year. I suggest that you take a Cymoon or Chimaera so you can include AFFM! in your build as well - that will give them a much-needed speed 3 when you command them with your carriers.

That's only because they haven't yet faced my YV-666 Sloane ball of doom, which is so busted good that Sloane refuses to help them any further.

I'm pretty sure I saw this exact same fleet on the Outer Rim Job podcast last week. Netlisting again?

Your YVs are heavy, so I can ignore them and go Lancer the Boils that are your ships!

Also I don't want to get into a "gross medical term-off" with you, that whole "Dr. Wife" thing of yours will only end in me both losing and being sad. So I concede victory pre-emptively to you in THAT arena.

But.. but I heard that a Raider is the best Imperial ship over there. And someone on the podcast mentioned that Boba Fett is cool, and everyone knows that Rhymer is OP (there are so many threads about that!), so a good Imperial build should have all of this. Right? Right?

That's a Tagge list, through and through. Who, by the way, has also placed much higher at Worlds than Leia historically.

That's true! Thanks for advise! To be fair, admiral was the only thing I wasn't sure about here, on one hand Motti is cheap and gives so much hull the ships, they're virtually unkillable, on the other hand I thought about downgrading one of the Raiders and taking Tarkin. But Tagge is clearly the best option here! And the fleet doesnt lose much even if the admiral is lost, so no need to hide him.

Sadly I can’t go. So my Konstantine MSU list will never see the table at Worlds.

Truly, you are a master strategist.

I can't make it to Worlds, but I'm learning so much about fleetbuilding just from reading this! Thank you to everyone who's been contributing to the discussion.

Also, if anyone wants to borrow this list I made, feel free. I don't know if @rasproteus can give too much advice though because I think it's pretty OP already. If you're the sort of person who gets bored of winning easily, maybe look somewhere else.

I really like how between the expanded launchers and Ackbar you have made this fleet impossible to safely approach. And Hera! I just love seeing her in lists.
