Is Outlaw Tech Personal Stealth Field and Personal Stealth Field the same item?
Is that an errata that was fixed on the next core rulebook or these are considered 2 different items...
Both are (R) 20,000 / Rarity 9 / Encumbrance 1
Both have: P.S.F. users cannot be detected by sight, and any attempts to detect a user by other means, such as scent, motion, or sound, make their skill checks at a difficulty of Formidable (DDDDD).
The difference is that the Outlaw has the uniq item tag:
P.S.F. are vanishingly rare, and so few governments bother to place restrictions on their use. Some are legitimate artifacts of ages past, while others are stolen military technology, and the particulars of their creation dictate their legality.
While the other one has a flicker ability:
Any T or Y generated while using a personal stealth field may be used by the GM to indicate that the field flickers for a moment, or collapses altogether rendering the user visible.
Should these two abilities be combined together?!
