Gib imperial list please

By Roller of blanks, in X-Wing Squad Lists

I need to build an imperial list for a tournament, but being a mainly rebel player, I'm a bit limited on supplies

I do not own any starwings

I do not own Imperial vets or Aces

I do have one normal defender

I have an advanced, but no X1 title

I don't own insqusitor

I do own a tie/SF, palp, gozanti, lambda, punisher, bomber, three standard ties, five tie/FO,one striker and a copy of tie shuttle

Help!

Yikes. Umm. Maybe palp in the Lambda with QuickDraw and Omega Leader for support.

(99)

•"Quickdraw" (37) - TIE/SF Fighter
Expertise (4), Fire Control System (2), Special Ops Training (0), Lightweight Frame (2)

•"Omega Leader" (26) - TIE/FO Fighter
Juke (2), Comm Relay (3)

•Captain Yorr (36) - Lambda-Class Shuttle
•Emperor Palpatine (8), Engine Upgrade (4)

Quickdraw and Omega Leader are practically givens with what you're carrying. If you aren't a fan of a palp shuttle, I'd go with either Duchess/Pure Sabacc or a bomber with some ordnance. Tomax would be great, but he's in the vets pack so you would probably just take a scimitar.

QD with LWF, Title, VI, FCS and tech of choice. I'm a fan of sensor cluster for defense, but Adv optics or PA works better if you like a more offensive option or like to sloop a lot. Missile to fill out points.

OL with Stealth Device, Juke and Comm Relay. Standard as standard can be.

Duchess/Sabacc with LWF, Title and Crackshot or Predator depending on if you think you can keep them alive for more than a few shots.

or a scimitar with LRS, EM, torp of choice and UR.

That'll cost you about 40 points in QD, 29 for OL and mid-high 20s for your third ship. You'd have room for either expertise on QD or more ordnance on your bomber and still have a few points bid. All those options work pretty well and I've personally run all those variations to place in tourneys in my area. The strikers take a bit of practice to get the flying down, but otherwise they're all strong, easy to handle options.

Here’s my idea for a 100-point squad. Probably not even close to the best, but it’s an idea

QuickDraw is probably the best imperial/first order ship you have. That kind of firepower combined with spec ops training give you plenty of firepower to keep shooting over and over. Give Quickdraw the Spec ops training title, the Sensor Cluster tech upgrade, and Debris gambit.

Omega ace is incredible for rendering glassy arc-dodgers nigh-useless (if you don’t already obliterate them with 3 cries at range 1). I recommend adding push the limit to get both focus and target lock in the same turn. Give Omega Ace Push the Limit, Advanced Optics (if you can claim it somewhere), and stealth device.

Epsilon leader is also a great squad mate to Omega ace, as you can get rid of the stress token caused by pushing the limit so you can allow Omega Ace to hit hard every round.

Lastly, as a wingman to QuickDraw, you could use Howlrunner. With the increased chance of hits combined with Quickdraw’s many attacks, you can use Howlrunner to make these attack even more deadly.

all this adds up to 100 points, and I’m sure there’s a better strategy, but that’s my two cents
