Thanks to refit making Biggs cheaper. We can add Fenn to Fairship over Rex, giving teh squad ps10 coordinated boosts, target locks, and still reinforce when bumps, plus some missle defense with fenns ability. Biggs with his ability and selflessness will do enough to split fire. Use selflessness on the range 3 first engagement against a missile or HLC, etc (Fenn stops one, Biggs splits another). Then pop biggs the range 1/2 next round, or for the 3rd/4th round when your squad has to turn around, and is weak. Or enemy just goes after biggs and its just fairship all over again :P

It's interesting... Might have some options as well... I keep wanting to swap out Biggs for Tarn with M9-G8 and go for buffs on Low... Of course, that loses Selflessness which is probably fatal. Could however swap out Jess for Ezra... Don't get re-rolls on defense, but get passive mods on defense. Just as accurate on attack. Also increases Fenn closer to his best build , and tosses in the option of an extra evade token somewhere with Jan Ors crew - or that new spotter crew that's coming so that Low can get a target lock if attacked...

Math fail

Losing jess hurts the offensive output. Still need to kill stuff.

Ezra raging hurts formation flying. Now that I think about, fenn gonna need r2 astro to keep up with the hard 2s.

Hmm, maybe drop astro from jess, or can do tlt ywing with chopper astro for 25pts.

  • Ezra has just as much offense as Jess - 3 dice, 3 re-rolls and a focus with rage.
  • Ezra has similar green as Fenn, so if you're using his ability, you're already going pretty slow. Should be able to maintain formation fine.
  • Disadvantage is Ezra can't turn around as fast as Jess. Of course, now Biggs can!

Of course, fly to taste.
