No. Dual-sided cards aren’t active until setup. You could with the new Refit however take both EU & AT

I doubt it. You'd have to equip Engine Upgrade then Autothrusters.

I almost was going to say the opposite but the fact the dual card is not active, means you do not get the boost action yet.
