I am wanting to make a custom character sheet for my Modern game with a supernatural/weird twist. Something other than just the generic Genesys one. I don't know photoshop, and have some experience in GM Binder. Looking for advice and recommendations, thanks!

Adobe InDesign (desktop publishing & page layout) and Illustrator (vector graphics) are software to use if you want to fork out for a Creative Cloud subscription.

Scribus (desktop publishing & page layout) and Inkscape (vector graphics) are free and open source software you can use instead. UI for Scribus has a steep learning curve, but I can strongly recommend Inkscape.

Or you could hand draw the character sheet. Numenera has a hand drawn sheet with an awesome aesthetic that really adds to the atmosphere of the game.
