any hope in Hoth?
I am a big fan of no upgrades with rebel lists, played a 600 point game today with ten activations.
Are you putting that many upgrades on things because you have to to reach 800 points or do you have extra models around that aren't on the table?
I have a few thoughts:
You don't want long-range comlink and battle meditation in the same list, they fill the same roll.
1 Ion trooper probably won't do a whole lot. The card exhausts so it is unlikely that you'll be able to shoot very often (either because you are suppressed and only get 1 action or because you have to move into range). On the other hand the Z6 is really good for 2 reasons; you can split fire and put multiple suppression tokens out with the same unit & it keeps your damage potential high even after taking loses.
Trying to keep close to your original list I would be looking at something like this:

Yes these are all of my groups. I have 1 core and 1 of everything else. Thanks for the suggestions. I was thinking I'd have my speeder and 1 RT out of range 3 of Luke, flanking.
As mentioned, if you're using ions you want at least 2 of them. However, you would also need more trooper units - if the ions are focused on crippling vehicles , they are not scoring objectives.
Saber throw on Luke is redundant. He has his blaster: 3 red dice with Pierce 2. And free cost. By the way, I thing that is very important play with a minimum of 4 infantry units. Remember that you only win victory points with the objectives and some objectives can only be fulfilled by infantry troops so they are pretty necessaries.

You should be ok with just 1 more trooper unit. However, also having a 3rd at-rt and extra dice (plus a total 5 trooper units) is def worth the extra spend if you can afford it.

i have a total of 4 'lucky dice' sets. My AT-RT with a flamethrower was on fire.
