2 questions first when u do a green move do you have to remove a stress as some pilots like stress second can u use push the limit with advance sensors to do 2 actions before you reveal your move dial
green moves
1. I think so. The rules reference says this: "If the maneuver is green, remove one stress token from the ship." As there is no "may" it shouldn't be optional.
2. Yes and if you do a green maneuver you can then remove the stress you got from it.
Note about Push then limit, it doesn't say that you can only use it after your main action, it can be used anytime you do an action from any source (just limited to once per round). So say for example that you hit a rock and didn't get an action phase but then later some ability gives you a free action (coordinate for example) you can then activate push the limit to do an other action if you want.
Edited by mcgreagTake Norra or Poe with BB8 for example:
Reveal a green, do a barrel roll then push the limit for a second action. Perform your green maneuver to get rid of the stress. Same with Advanced Sensors!
Per the rules..
Check Pilot Stress : If the maneuver is red, assign one stress token to the ship; if the maneuver is green, remove one stress token from the ship.
While I can see the benefit with certain builds of keeping stress token, the lack of a "may" leads me to believe you have to remove it.
If you use Advanced Sensor and Push The Limit and reveal a red maneuver, you are in problem...

white forward, sorry. I forget it was treated as a white maneuver when they changed it from letting your opponent choose the maneuver.
