DIY Terrain ideas.
Take a cardboard/plastic circle to cover the roof part. Removing things like writing is always the first step.
Reallybthen, it’s all about just adding some widgets to make it look part of it.
A door frame out of card/plastic is the next step.
then a solid prime and paint is all you need!
The texture on it is pretty cool. Think about what that might be. Reinforced fiber glass? Steel cables that wrap it? Maybe it is an inflatable dome. That will help with choosing paint colors and any extra doodads you may add.
May I ask what restaurant you got that from? I have some ideas and I'd love to get one of those myself.
My ideas mostly involve gluing a judicious selection of model tank and battleship parts here and there and painting it up as some kind of temporary structure, like a Star Wars industrial kinda tent/yurt.
Add some some pipes, antennas or tubing using some spare electrical wire or straws.
Maybe if you can either find a shoe-box or similar that you can glue this to the top, it can be the dome to a building. And of course, add something to top it off and cover the writing.

No idea sorry mate. Have had it in the cupboard for ages and figured the shape was pretty awesome for legion terrain piece.
Thanks for the help so far. I will see what I can do with it on the weekend and post a photo of end result.
Thunder Dome!!!
Two men enter, one man leave.
Break a deal, face the wheel.

Ah, you're calling me "mate" which makes me suspect you're not in the USA. In which case I wouldn't likely have access to whatever restaurant it was anyhow.
Thanks anyway!
