Hello, if i have a focused regular Clawdite, does he get to use Conspire with Red Green Green Yellow????

Focused adds a green die to the next attack (when you declare an attack) or attribute test, it doesn't modify the attack pool.

Conspire isn't an attack and doesn't use an attribute test, so you only roll the printed attack pool and a yellow die (red+green+yellow for the regular Clawdite).
