Nothing really newsworthy for rune wars, but now people can get incredibly over hyped for a dwarf faction that may or may not appear

yeah while I don't plan on the role playing aspect I do want to pick up the book just for maps and lore.
I can't believe it's already sold out on FFG's website. Must not have reserved very many for themselves.

I ended up delaying my purchase of Runewars base game three times because I wanted to use credit for the purchase, and it was out of stock on the website when I first wanted it. Then it came into stock, but the Latari base set was out of stock by then, so in order to save on shipping, I decided to wait until the Latari came back into stock, and by the time I did, the base set was out again. A few weeks later, I noticed that the base set was back in stock, but I was busy with real life and didn't want to attempt the purchase on my phone... two days later, it was out of stock again.
FFG seems to have a 'distributers first' attitude, which is good... but occasionally inconvenient.
I'll be checking the game center this weekend for a copy.
I really should post this in the Lore subforum, but since this thread is already here...
For those of you who don't know, Realms of Terrinoth can be purchased digitally through drivethrurpg.com and rpgnow.com . On those websites you can read the overview of the book, which has me even more excited to pick this up.
Even more striking to me, was the map under the table of contents. I never really knew where the Broken Plains were, and I must say that I am surprised to see them down South bordering the Aymhelin Forest in the East. And from the last article, we now know that the Dunwarr Dwarves come from the North, living under snowy mountains. This definitely changes my preconceived map of Terrinoth...errrr, Mennara.
EDIT: Also, the Lore section of the book encompasses pages 24-59, which seemed like a lot at first, but that's almost exactly the same length as our current Runewars Lore Guide. I want to read what's in there!

I was going to get it digitally, but the art and maps deserve to be on the shelf.
I’m having both. PDF is best when I’m writing adventures, book is best at the table. I’m only just starting on the Tales of Darkness section, but so far I’m impressed.
There’s goblins in the article pictures! FFG give me a goblin faction and you get all my money!
If you can get a hold of the book, it's well worth it. As far as I know, in the Minneapolis metro area, the only place that has them is FFG event center, and it sounded like they were running short already also.
Got mine yesterday just after you. Sounds good that it's selling.
I'm looking forward to a campaign!
