Can you use the Airspeeder ship crafting template, and use the elegant design to reduce silhouette to 1, you'd need to use crafting options to get an extra hp or 2... Get sleek carapace and ion engine... Get a 1 hp vehicle weapon, and the vehicle legs.
What do you think? Its a finely aged cheese, but i don't see why not...

You can install a droid brain gunner, and pilot brain, use speak binary to give many boost ranks. Do a complete non-combat crafting build and use the brains for piloting and shooting like jarvis...

I think you might need the legs from I think special modifications.

There aren't any vehicle weapons compatible with Sil 1, thank George.

The whole proper weapon for proper Sil could go out the window if the craft is specifically designed for it (within gaming logic). Uglies are built from what is on hand. The Kryat gunship and Citadel are examples of vehicles with stuff not compatible with Sil. Be creative (at least as far as your GM will allow) and enjoy the game.
