It's dead.
( one of my brothers tried to use his self built 3d printer to make an imperial I, first try was a failure so we took a dremel to it and made it into a piece of terrain for casual games)

I like to think the big hole that goes all the way through was the result of a secondary explosion as a result of the penetrating hit slightly to the upper right of it,
the big hole with the giant scorch mark is where most oxygen was lost.
while the hit right behind the bridge section is what killed most of the command crew.

I want one!
Nice would add flavour to a game. I couldn't bring myself to do that to one of my ships. Not unless it was damaged by accident and not usable then I would.

yeah I wouldn't just do it either, it's a failed 3d printed model of a star destroyer in the same scale XD
A fantastic, even if unintended, piece of space terrain. A case of snatching victory from the jaws of 3D defeat! Certainly beats a cardboard debris marker.
It can also be the source of interesting custom scenarios: salvage mission, capture an Imperial encryption computer, rescue the Moff, liberate Alliance prisoners ,et cetera). E.g. The Star Destroyer may have been damaged in a freak metoer shower or hyperspace accident and has sent out an SOS,..but pirates or Rebel forces intercept the transmission. You can even use it with "Take The Station", FFG's sample multi-player scenario (in this case, "Board the Shipwreck").
Well done.
like Skirmisher said, damage seems to come from meteor shower more than battle damage, apart from the terrible impacts, which all come from the same angle, the ship hull is intact
Would it be the ISD which had its communication with Dark Vador cut off with the admiral obviously bracing himself for protection in Episode V? ?
very good modelling, and awesome idea for terrain
