what is the toad king? never heard about this before, except here on the forum

The Toad King has been created by mr brogger ( with some help from JC as well) as a homebrew card to use with Talisman 4th R edition

The Toad King was once created as a adventure card by heraut france for 2th edition.

I have talk somewhat about the card here on the forums, and Mr Brogger was interested in it.

So,.. a plan came to make a revised Toad King.
