Did anyone ever figure out / find the link to a high res version? It seems to be the only one of the online PDFs that does not have a high res copy readily available...or sneakily finable.

Yeah, something I would like to know as the map is a little pixilated when blown up to useful sizes. Pitty they didn't post one.
