anyone have any success with this against raddus? seems like you would probably want something hard to follow up with it, but one activation before the raddus ship can go doesn't seem like a lot of time to wound the raddus'ed ship... I guess best you could get off assuming he doesn't like to deploy right in your ships worst arcs would be a bunch of bombers and a few ship dice.... thoughts?

I know I play with Aspiration and Lando and Hondo. Not specifically to counter grab well of course, but you'll get a maximum of one activation before it's speed 1 or 2.
So I'd say there is some impact, but not a whole lot.
I've used it....more a deterrent rather than effective. It almost might be better to just drop it on yourself so that you deploy at speed 0 lol. Force the radus player to come across into your fortress....but I hate fortressing so I still just use it like a deterrent. But I am also not going to run an interdictor for worlds.
Once my Rebels have Experimental Retrofits, I’ll let you know.
All theory still, until I test it at a tournament next weekend.
I think it could be good at preventing one angle of attack on your fleet, so you know which side to protect with bombers. I haven’t tried it yet, but plan on using it with the Interdictor followed by Demo. If it drops in the Grav Well the Raddus ship will get hit by Demo without the use of a brace, block it moving, then use targeting scramblers on the counter punch. Repeat next turn and that’s a dead MC75/Liberty.
I've found it to be solid, especially if they've doubled down on the ship-placements (taken Profundity) I've crafted a ISDK/Interdictor list that makes it a reeeally risk deploy.
