Lost my Ground Buzzer weapon

By Big Easy, in Star Wars: Legion

At some point in my post-launch priming excitement, I lost my T-47 Ground buzzer weapon piece. Anyone know if there's a way to purchase a new one? I could lie on the parts replacement site and say it was lost but that's not right. But I would also like to avoid paying $30 for a new one.

Not at this point in time, and most likely never officially either.

This is going to be a big part of the modelling game for people - magnetized and swap out often means lost pieces after the fact, and really, only one company out of the myriad let’s you purchase individual replacement components - so it’s a rarity to have the opportunity officially.

Big Easy, I'll ask around my gaming group. If somebody has permanently mounted the Harpoon, perhaps he could send the buzzer to you.

I will advise, probably after our meeting next Thursday.

That's really thoughtful, and sort of the best case I was hoping for. I know this game isn't expected to be WYSIWYG but I'd still like to have the option. I think I will likely leave the weapon I use more on there, but I haven't played enough to decide which that is yet. Thank you!

Yeah, Swap Shops are going to be a lifeline in the future I feel ?

ironically I lost the harpoon weapon for mine......

You're most welcome. If you haven't heard from me by next Friday, please feel free to PM me.

You're welcome to my spare! PM me so I don't forget when I get home from work.

The AT-RT in my second core was missing one of the pistons... and the Laser Cannon (that was actually lost by me from my first core). ?

Hey, BE. We're coming up on our weekly gaming. Did you get a resolution to your problem, or should I approach the guys?

Hey, thank you so much but another super kind soul @E Minor donated me theirs! Love this community. Thanks for checking!

Happy to contribute. Did it arrive yet?

When I mailed it, the lady at the post office asked the standard "anything fragile or hazardous?" question and I responded without thinking "nope, it's just a ground buzzer." I said it without even thinking about how ridiculous it would sound and she didn't react at all.

The fact that I haven't been questioned by the authorities gives me hope it will eventually make its way to you.

"Anything hazardous?"
"well, it does roll 4 black dice"

Thanks again E and it may have arrived today, I'll check when I get home.

Just an FYI. I misplaced my rulebooks for Star Wars Rebellion a bit ago. I emailed them and asked for replacements, completely confessing I had them but could not locate. They were very gracious and sent me a new set. I bet if you email and indicate you'd lost that piece they would send a replacement.

You don't have to lie. I have told them I have lost parts and they replaced them. FFG and Asmodee are really accommodating of things like that.

True, but on the Asmodee site it looks like just a damaged/missing replacement process. I have emailed FFG directly about a damaged (by me) item and they replaced it free of charge. I probably would have tried that route if I hadn't gotten such a quick response from here.

I’ve seen refusals to replace lost, and I’ve even had legitimate pre/purchase damage go unreplaced at a whim.

It jyst matters who you get on the other end.

Nice, either way. I did use the Asmodee form when requesting the replacement rulebooks. Technically they were missing. :D

take the weapon off a galoob action fleet snow speeder. Might not fit though. Otherwise get a model.

@E Minor Rogue Two to Echo Base: we've received it. Repeat: we've received it.

Roger that! Buzz that ground, Rogue Two. BUZZ IT!
