Good work.

to me it looks like the “new card type” in the ally and villain packs are called “epilogues”. Maybe they’re just story that is read out after completing the mission?

I was lucky to hear about this early last month. Was so hard to keep my excitement quiet, especially with all the ‘is IA dead comments,’ had no idea when it would actually be announced.

[?] Pack Alpha (Creature): [Special Action] Up to 3 friendly Creatures within 3 spaces each moves up to 3 spaces. Then choose a hostile figure. It suffers damage equal to the number of ... figures adjacent to it.

[1] Protect the Old Ways (Kanan Jarrus): Use while a figure within 3 spaces is defending to apply +X Blocks to the defense result, where X is 1 plus the number of Force User Command cards in your discard pile.

[1] Karablast ! (Zeb Orrellios): Use during your activation. During this round, when a hostile figure voluntarily exits a space adjacent to you, it suffers 1 Damage and 1 Strain. Limit once per figure.

[0] Forsee (Thrawn): Use during your activation to look at the top 3 Command cards of your opponent's deck and discard one of those cards. If the cost is 1 or less, draw 1 Command card.

[?] Price of Glory (Any Imperial Figure): Use during your activation to discard ... conditions ... 2 movement ... you may suffer Damage to gain up to ... Any Power Token.

[0] Let's Make a Deal (Hondo Ohnaka): Use while defending. Pay your opponent X VPs to apply -X Damage to the attack results. Then you become focused.

Thrawn's card is rad.

I wonder if anyone is going to bring the Blaise list back with a fresh hint of Thrawn.

Big thanks, very comprehensive!

I just love the Rebels expansion! :)

Looking at Extra Armor:

It's an elite upgrade. Could be unique or not. It's not an attachment though. So not for a single squad. The text is a sinlge line:

... 4 [Blocks] ....g

(Funnily the group picture for Sabine lists her evasiveness as 4 squares (which is also mentioned in the article). Looking at that 4, I'm fairly certain Extra Armor is something with 4 [Blocks].

Looks like 4 block power token.

(Hmm, the forum doesn't allow pasting custom fonts anymore?)

I highlighted the missing word on Zeb card.

My guess would be “voluntarily” since that is already a term used in this game.

Definately doing double Lothcat with feeding frenzy, double eNexu, beast tamer, as a base

I wonder if any of the cards could be fixes for older figures (Fett?).

Unless they haven't shown everything in the pics (but I think they usually do - faceup or facedown) I don't think there is enough cards for a fix in the figurepacks - so the fix has to be in the box. All those facedown cards shown, are the Skirmish version of the characters.

In the Ally and Villain pack announcement they write about Hondo: " Hondo can be a dear friend or a frightful enemy, depending on the size of your pockets. "

I wouldn't describe someone as "a dear friend", if my options is either getting attacked with +2 threat or getting attacked with +2 dmg.

Maybe he has some more neutral special rules during campaign missions.

Wonder if the rebels could earn him as an ally, as well as the imperials.

Imagine: gain Hondo as an ally. After each mission Rebel players must pay 300 credits or lose Hondo. In this case the Imperial player earns Hondo as a villian. The Imperial player may not earn Hondo any other way.

That would be a cool concept. Maybe swap the credit cost for another requirement. Like you need to grab crates?

Any notes on figure total in this wave?

None yet, but i'm guessing they do 4 death troopers and 4 loth cats and the 2 rebel heroes.

I'm tore on my expectations on Death Troopers. The fact that history tells us we are only getting 3(1 elite and 2 regulars) is conflicting how well their ability goes together as a set. I think it would be silly to have an ability like they do that obviously wants you to run multiples of them and then only include 1 elite in the box. But I also know we are talking about FFG trying to milk every dollar out of us that they can.

I am also going with four death troopers and four loth cats plus two rebel heroes. That will total ten figures like in twin shadows or maybe eleven if they decide to do six and three like bespin gambit. So it just depends on what FFG wants to do.

6 loth cats and 3 deathtroopers? I hope that isn't likely.

I think it is likely we will see 4 loth cats and 4 death troopers (allows for 1 elite and 3 regular). That said it is entirely possible we will only get 3 death troopers, because 1 elite and 2 regulars are exactly half of the maximum allowed.
