Yeah, I bought the same thing and sprayed it in a couple of Realer mi is I have been doing for my son. It came out pretty shiny relative to the army painter anti-shine matte spray. On the plus side, I’m going to use it in a few stormtroopers and see what happens.

A store I go to had exactly that issue with a batch. So that does seem a likely cause.

Yeah. I use it on all of my stormtroopers after I put on a brush on gloss varnish and they all turn out great
