Is there a Talent to add your force rating to discipline? I cant seem to find anything

None as of yet, and I strongly doubt we'll get one, at least one that adds to all Discipline rolls, as with Enhance or Influence.

The closest might be the Balance talent, which adds your Force rating to strain-recovery checks (which might be Discipline), or the Stoicism upgrade to Jerserra's Influence, which adds your Force rating to checks to resist fear (which can also be Discipline checks).

Technically Ebb/Flow can add your force rating to any skill check, but this isn't a talent, it is a Force Power.

Also keep in mind that just because a talent lets you add your Force Rating to a skill check, if the skill check in question is already adding your Force Rating, you don't get to add it a 2nd time.
