Looks like a good starting point. I would remove targeting scopes because I believe they are heavily overcosted. 6 points for a situational reroll is rough. I would also remove the extra trooper from every squad. This + removing targeting scopes will give you enough points for an additional rebel squad with special weapon.

Exactly that! I've learned that it's best not to overweight your Corps with upgrades, just take more of them.

Also, I believe that in time you'll drop Wedge - the better you get with T47, the less you need him.

I agree with your coments but the problem is that for now I only have 4 units of troops. What do you thing is better, overweight the 4 Corps or put an another AT-RT without special weapon? I thing is better overweight the corps.

So overweight them with grenades ;) Concussion ones are great for wiping that one last guy camping near objective in heavy cover. Or swap one Z6 for another MPL, then go for Rotary on ATRT.

You can also make some more significant changes:

Drop: all extra troopers, all scopes, Wedge, long range comlink
Reduce: ATRT lascannon to rotary
Add: another ATRT with rotary

Luke's Battle Meditation shall suffice to issue order to the odd unit that escapes his usual range.

3 MPL Troopers and a T-47 are much better against the AT-ST and moderate against other trooper. Rotary blaster AT-RT's are the hard counter for stormies, bikes and vader.

Since that's the case I would do this: Drop your extra Rebels (40 pts). Drop the targeting scopes (24 pts). Drop Com Link (10 pts). Change Laser Cannon to Rotary Blaster. With these changes you should be able to squeeze in another Rotary Blaster AT-RT.

You should not get rid of the Laser Cannon.

This is our, for now, only range 4 weapon which allow us to strike back against the Empire turn 1. I find rotary blaster not that amazing for it's point compared to everything else we have (like Z-6... and still, I hate Z-6). We need Range 4 weapon right now in this meta, so Laser Cannon is a go-to IMO. And Rotary blaster is not better against Vader, Stormtrooper or Speederbike than a regular 5 men squad (which cost less than the AT-RT for the same amount of dice and range - 50 against 85...).

Which is less strong tho is the MPL ion rifle. You got, IMO, not enough. 2 would be a good choice (and if you want, keep targeting scopes on them, even if... well... targeting scope is a bit overpriced for the rebels now. Even if I will consider them build in the Fleet troopers squad) even if i personnaly play only one (but I got 2 AT-RT lascan to back it up, and a lot of impact greandes).

For the comlink on the T-47, you already got battle meditation which, oftenly, will put a token on him. I'd suggest to drop 10 more points.

Same question : Why no people play with grenades ? They are insanely strong...

You know, meta differs from place to place ;) For me, range 4 was, obviously, useful, but by no means a must-have. And with ATRT surging for crits, a Rotary is better than a 5 men squad of rebels, while retaining some of it's utility against Armored Vehicles.

And difficult to pull off without being shot to pieces in return ;) Nonetheless, strong pick, and I agree that's points better spend than on Scopes.

The main problem is that almost all Empire leader will have DLT-trooper, HH-12 trooper or AT-ST. All of them have range 4. So you allow them virtually a turn of shooting more than you by not taking any range 4 weapons :/

There are numerous ways to mitigate it: try to pick Limited Visibility, remove Long March and/or Major Offensive. Also, in most cases, if you're moving after an already activated enemy unit that moved, you'll probably be in range 3 after your own movement (Long March being the only exception). Then there's LOS issues, target priority etc. And one Laser Cannon on a ATRT does not exactly contests multiple long range weapons the Empire will have, so you'll have to factor this disadvantage anyways.

Just don't let the Empire be blue player in Key Position/Hostile Environment/Long March setup ;)

I don't think so. The AT-RT brings constant 5 dices regardless of loosed hitpoints and bring in the armor keyword. There is no difference against saber throw but in melee. The RT can move back and fire, so vader must throw or he must follow up and can not aim.

The next point troopers are very soft. Every hit from every enemy can kill some guys easily. The RT is only threatened by heavy weapons and Vader himself.

The counter tactic for an enemy with a better long range support is not to use your limited long range support against him, you must use the battlefield to force him in close combat.

I used to run two Laser cannons, but I found that they become much worst if your opponent doesn't take an AT-ST.

That's true. Yesterday I try the list and I used with 2 AT-RT with Rotary Blaster using buildings to approach the enemies. I won!!
