As I was punching out my Star wars Legion tokens I noticed something that got me thinking. Their was a "proof of purchase" punch out among them. Now I remember when I collected star wars action figures you cut out and sent in a certain number of these for a free miniature. Do you think that Fantasy flight games might do the same thing with star wars legion? What's your opinion on this?

I think it’s more of a ‘something has gone wrong, fix it - okay prove you purchased it’ token than anything else. But I like your thinking ?

Perhaps something like Mantic does with a few special pieces and upgrades for them. Some of the promo cards and perhaps things for some forces

Agree with EyeSeven, haven't seen it with other FFG games so don't expect anything here.

X-wing has those on everything and has never done anything with them.

Don't get your hopes up or overthink it.

I know of no FFG game that has them for which anything was done with them. I believe the days of sending in your box tops for a secret decode ring are gone.

I remember sending in those proof of purchase tags to get a free figure. I must be old...

I remember sending in my Proof of Purchase to Kenner for Emperor Palpatine, Boba Fett and Anakin Skywalker. I even remember having the Early Bird purchase card for Luke, Leia, Chewbacca and R2-D2.

If Kenner owned FFG maybe. But these tokens are really for pictures to replace defective or missing parts.
