My friend and I are looking for four more people in and around the Austin Texas area that would be interested in joining us to play a casual friendly game of 4th Edition Twilight Imperium any given weekend.
We already have a copy of the game so there is no need for you to have one. We are also both very familiar with 3rd edition so we are more than happy to have any level of play experience from new comer to seasoned veteran. Sadly neither one of us has a place to set up the game so we are also hoping for someone who would be willing to host though we can look into alternatives if need be.
Ideally we would like to meet up for food somewhere beforehand just so everyone has a chance to get to know one another before barging into someone's home. The games we have played in the past have lasted from 10 or 11 in the morning to well into the evening or early morning, though we theorize that 4th edition plays a bit quicker, so it's a good idea to have the full day free.
We are also hoping everyone likes bacon, beer and bathing regularly but really only skimping on that last one is going to be a deal breaker.
