So have a swarm with some interchangeable pieces trying to decide what the best options are.

so 99 Points.

So I could swap out lots of pieces like I said. Scourge for Mauler, or Howlrunner. Wampa for another Black crack. Swap the Blacks for Youngster and another ship with a variety of EPT’s on Youngster.

Scourge with Crack Shot is nice, but I'd rather pack Mauler Mithel with Snap Shot - he's a brutal close-in brawler.

I think the Black Squadron Pilots are nice enough as-is. You need a couple of cheap evade-capable ships to fuel swarm leader, and after they've expended their crack shot upgrades on the initial pass, they might as well spend their time providing Vader with Evade tokens.
