Can anyone describe which of the old and new Netrunner decks as to the meaning of the numbers and values on the card of both mean when having a friendly match. Such as a 3 at top left or 4 colors at bottom right, or a number at bottom left and another number at the top. Not sure if that is already a topic but it should exist on forum in this opinion.

This is basic card anatomy. There is nothing that we can tell you here that is going to be better than the introduction in the rulebooks.
