So, in no great foto quality, my MC ships...in what you can hopefully vaguely discern as "sea-themed". Fitting for their world. As for the MC30, well, not so much sea, just plain deadly metallic Admo

Your image hosting cannot repel bandwidth of this magnitude!

Edited by NebulonBWow, that's a really nice sea-green scheme! Would you mind sharing which paints you used?
Sweet! Yes please share the green you used. I want to try that over a copper base coat for the patina look!

thx all for the nice comments ?
Its such a good thing that the community here appreciates effort as well.
No airbrush, though, not for the Lib and not for the others. I really like how the Lib turned out, I was just kind of wetblending.
As for the colors, I will note them here, tomorrow, but really I think I used several of the different greens and blues of both GW and Vallejo.
For the MC75, I used a lot, mainly the air colors Greyish blue and light green from Vallejo (but didnt use airbrush), then various mixtues of Citadels Sotek Green, Temple Guard Blue, Ahriman Blue, Lothern Blue, Kabailte Green, Stegadon Scale Green, Thousand Suns Blue, Hoeth Blue, Teclis Blue. Really, I cannot say anymore exactly, I went along mixing and seeing what looked ok to me.
The Lib is so long ago, surely many of the Citadels, but not the Vallejos at that time.
As with all my ships, I could do so much more highlighting and refining...
I'm really interested in your technique for the MC80, I prefer that look to the stock paint jobs, much more movie realistic. Mind sharing a quick guide of how you created it?
I'm particularly impressed by the MC75
