can someone cast path of destiny on another character just b4 he fights the pit fiends and cause him to draw a quest that would require him to leave the inner realm in order to complete it?

Hell, you can cast PoD on a char at the Crown and if they draw a Quest they can complete, they have to complete it, getting teleported to the Warlock's Cave. It is all down to which Quest they get. Discard Gold, Follower, Object(s), Fate or Lose 1 Str, Craft or Life, those will most likely get completed. But there are those Visit Quests for example, that don't matter anymore, since you can't move and having a Warlock's Quest pending only prevents you from passing the Portal of Power, once past it, the Quest doesn't hinder you.

I think that Frostmarch Spells are the best Spells ever, they alone make Frostmarch well worth having.
