I have a PC that we currently have set as a Retired Clone specialization-wise, but they saw the Heavy spec referenced online and now wants to switch to that. My question is, does the Heavy Specialization Deck include a full copy of the talent tree or just the reference cards? Thanks!

I don't have that specific one, but the ones I have to not include a printout of the tree. Instead, the cards are numbered 1 through 20, so you can lay them out like a tree. The pat is a little harder to trace, because there are no lines, but the cards list the number of prerequisite talents.

In my opinion the specialization decks are a waste of money, a have the demolitionist and sharpshooter and maybe one more.

Although I enjoy collecting them, I have to agree that they don't really help game play. A good printout of the tree will suffice.
