I'd quite like to see a set of Ancestral Weapons, but I don't think they fit in.
A new Scorpion Province, preferably Earth or Water.
Somekind of mimic character, either a Shadow or Shoshuro Impersonater; otherwise a Dynasty Poison Master, maybe something that cheats poisons into play, recurses or moves them on the board.

Please be water, the current water provinces are just bad across the board, save some other clans provinces.

Rally is actually very strong, its just the others that suck horribly.

True, it can also be a dud as well though. Though when it goes off it is game changing.

I prefer Action provinces generally. Rally is just the better bad choice atm for me. All other 4 are just plain superior.

I agree, reusable provinces are my generally preference as well. Though I am looking at Abandoning Honor as my new fire province as dishonoring someone is not hard to do as Scorpion.

But ........
Scorpion has a Seeker role so you can run a second Void province and never have to worry about playing a Water province ?

Also that.

Currently Earth and Water are Ok-ish right now in Scorpion so any of those that we can replace will be great ^^
Right now you have one of the most brutal rows with Scorpion and can run either Entrenched/Ancestral under box or Rally for the one time screw you hope you're scouting effect. If will change when roles rotate of course but odds are (barring a massive meta shift with the second half of the Elemental cycle) Scorpion are going to be choosing within the top 3 and since I don't see Crab wanting to come off keeper (unless they get something that invalidates Crisis Breaker) you are pretty good to have your top choices available for you. I know that I keep hearing about Air and Fire being the top choices but I can see arguments for Earth just to access Sabotage being around as well. The issue will be which province row benefits the Scorpion most once they loose the Shameful/Pilgramage power couple.

My oh my. That sure is a nifty effect. But in a one of? On the other hand, being able to pass early because you have this out is freaking boss. And I have crab as splash so I have the option of rebuilding this in one of the middle provinces to maximize the benefit?
I know this goes well with their up and coming ninja deck but man this sure is something, especially for a defensive dishonor deck. It's unusual for me to be, especially for a 1-of card, but color me excited.

I mean, the card functionally reads "+1 fate a turn", so you better be excited lol.
Assuming it doesn't end up in one of the two end provinces or have a holding next to it.
It's... okay? Gimmicky, but fun. Probably setting up for cool Shinobi stuff down the line, but it's way too unreliable and unpredictable to find space in winning decks straight away.
This takes up a quarter of the cards I see in a turn for plus one Fate. I'm honestly not sure that's really worth it, based on the current card pool. Look forward to seeing someone break it though
Its worth it because scorpion has the best conflict character game and already drops bear. This just makes it even easier and more rewarding. Im not sure why this card even exist considering the state of the game, oh well.

If you can get it. It's still a one-of so you can't exactly rely on that "+1 fate a turn" hence my obvious (albeit minute) hesitation. I just like to see the look on my opponent when this comes out and I completely forego my dynasty phase from thereon.

I'm sort of surprised you think so little of the card. Is the ability to play Dynasty characters post Dynasty phase not exciting?
I am assuming you cannot play these characters into a conflict. Similar to Back Alley Hideaway. It is cool. Being able to break general games rules is awesome.
I'd assume you can because Back Ally Hideaway says as if in the province and this says as if in hand. I could be wrong though.
