Hello, i cant understand why Smugglers Run is Unique and it is a Gray Skirmish Upgrade card . That means you can only have 1 in your List?

It should be Gray Regular, so any 4 Smugglers could make the Run

Unique means you can have only one per army.

Only U Cross-Training and X Feeding Frenzy are elite skirmish upgrades (two per army), all others are either unique regular (one per army), or regular (4 per army). So, the usage of each is deliberate and consistent.

Don't you think that 20VP from just smuggling would break the game?

Yes

And there is no difference at all between grey unique cards and red unique cards.
