both grav well and the "set aside" part of HA have the same "before deploying fleets" timing. Seems like grav well occurs before the Interdiction vessel comes into play. While resolving effects with same timing, one can resolve in an order of their choosing. So, if I plan to have the Interdictor be the HA vessel as 2nd player, can first drop the grav well token then set aside my ship?
(I'm not for or against any ruling, just looking for the right ruling
