Raddus bomb

By Darth Korvix, in Star Wars: Armada Fleet Builds

I’ve been playing around with different combos using Raddus with varying degrees of success and failure and am looking for feedback on my latest idea.

Tactic is for Mon Karren and Salvation to charge the enemy before dropping Aspiration right in front of the enemy, probably ahead and to side of Mon Karren.

Any thoughts?

Interesting to see Salvation added to the mix here. My one concern would be a limited amount of Raddus drop locations since you only have 2 ship bases he can deploy off. Salvation is pretty easy to one shot as well, especially for a Demolisher, so you run the risk of having to deploy a round before it's optimal just to make sure you CAN deploy him and don't get tabled without him ever coming into the fight.

That is why usually you see a CR90 and a couple of flotillas rounding out the double large Raddus.

I usually run either a CR90 and 2 flotillas or a couple of hammerheads. Fancied a change and admittedly Salvation is there as a bit of a distraction once close up and to add a few extra red dice in to the fray enroute.

So far Demolishers have been the bane of my Raddus builds, more so than ISDs surprisingly. Any help with that would also be appreciated.

For 35 points you can go with the classic Tycho/Shara combo which is probably better than 3x Xwings anyway, particularly since you are unlikely to be commanding them.
