What would you all like to see for future development? I know we're waiting for all the factions to catch up with each other, but when they do what kind of stuff would you like to see released next? I'm a sucker for multiple types of infantry (swords, spears, axes, etc.), but I think Daqan light cavalry could be great (maybe ranged). Do you think another cycle of heroes would be cool? Or another set of siege monsters? A new unit type? A new faction?

Someone suggested the siege Golem for Daqan. That would look real nice and function as a more aggressive siege piece. It also opens up room for a Golem Hero (or maybe a Rune mage hero) who buffs all Golems in the army
I want my scorpion riding hero (Melaana?) and an actual Locust Horde unit for Uthuk.

Flying creatures might be an interesting addition tho somewhat hard to model in table top terms. Not much more cinematic than a dragon flying overhead.
Actual siege engines like catapults or ballista might be fun.

For Daqan... common rabble... give them a 4x3 unit but 1 red or blue die with few upgrade slots... .
I would dig flyers, more siege, more heroes, or large units that are a 2x1 or 2x2 by default and are kind of like heroes with uniqueness.
Daqan: lighter cavalry would be great. Something more maneuverable than oathsworn, that doesn't hit as hard. I adore golems, so some heavy infantry in their style would be great.
Waiqar: a dedicated magical support unit fits right in theme. Either a hero or siege unit, something that lets you move your units out if activation would be cool.
Latari: yeron riders seem very likely, presumably with something like wraiths' ability to pass over obstacles. Centaur shock cavalry could be sweet.
Uthuk: I'd like to see more straight up monsters.

The Maegan Cyndewin cavalry upgrade card has an ability that can be used on both melee and ranged attacks - I'd like some elven cavalry archers to use that ability with.
Currently, there are relatively few faction specific upgrades for cavalry. Cavalry Command boxes would complement the existing Infantry Command boxes. And throw in some Siege Command as well. That would give us Rune Golem banner bearers, Leonx Riders with trumpets, Wraith musicians, and a host of other goodies. This gives more army options and improves the visual appeal of existing cavalry and siege units with new models.
And for my 'Moon-on-a-Stick' request, I'd like some specialist heroes for units that can't normally take champions - for example: a banshee hero in a unit of wraiths, a treant in a unit of scions, and a mage in an ironbound armour suit in a unit of rune golems.

I definitely want Cavalry Command boxes. The models would probably be stunning (and there's room for some very cool, interesting alternate mounts for some factions... I could definitely see one Latari champion model upgrade on a Yeron, for instance) and it would be a great way to give the cavalry some more options suited to them, especially since the mounted heroes we have are already almost universally too good solo to relegate to a unit upgrade.
I'm looking forward to the third hero for each faction -- I imagine that Waiqar will get a female, Latari will get a male (a Darnati warrior-style dude?) and that'll be interesting in its own right.
I've been hard on the Yeron Rider train for Latari. I think it's a prime opportunity for a mounted ranged unit. I'd also love to see elves with some kind of spears -- maybe that could be the Yeron Rider, actually, with throwing spears (or light lances if they're not ranged) -- but that's just my weird personal affinity talking. Either way, Latari seem like a natural fit for a second cavalry unit, and it's not likely to be heavy cavalry.
Daqan should get a lighter cavalry eventually, too -- it would hit much less hard, and probably lack the defense modifier (and maybe the early attack option?), but be able to march-turn. I'd also like to see Daqan heavy infantry as swordsmen. Armor 2, but slooow to march and only available in smaller unit sizes.

Rune Golems really need a buff. I hope they can improve that.
Maybe a wizard hero to improve the Rune Initiative values on the dial.
They need to bring in Orcs and Dwarfs!! I think that is the missing key to bring a lot of new players in!
I was recently reading in the Lore Guide: "Demons as tall as castles attended the commands of the Uthuk Lords." That's terrifying. Imagine what kind of grotesque monstrosity the Uthuk might conjure up from the demon world to lay waste to enemy battlements and strongholds. I don't think we need that in this game, but it does make me yearn for the Chaos Lord.
