But you guys need to play with Raddus more. He's not reliant I any 'throat punch'. Now more than ever I think a 2nd player Raddus build is extremely viable.
@Truthiness Good Hot take I would be interested in hearing why you think FFG went with the double Nerf to flotillas, a hard cap and not counting towards tableing. I was personally expecting something more along the lines of a soft cap like 1 Flotilla per capital ship or the flotillas not counting toward tabling. I can see the argument that putting any type of cap would help MSU fleets as you said in your hot take, but a soft cap would also do the same thing. Then as far as tabling is concerned I think that was more directed at squadron lists, but with relay's nerf they get put in harms way anyway a place where they can die. I very rarely ran more than 2 flotillas myself so the nerfs dose not effect me quite as much as they do others. I'm more curious as to why Flotillas got the double whammy from the nerf bat strictly coming from a "balance. promoting greater list parity and fleet diversity, and to increase opportunities for player interaction during a game." perspective not a I'm upset my list got nerfed perspective.
My own hot take - I don't think MSUs are suffering from flotilla spam, I think they are suffering because Double Big Ship eats them alive with all the new tricks they have.

Gonna write an Armada article too. Probably another upgrade article. I need to work on getting those out. Honestly @Green Knight / @geek19 / @Snipafist have been doing a pretty good job (and a faster job) with that and I hate duplicating work.
