So I'm new to the system & wanting to craft gear from scratch (basically make the gear I want over time as I salvage parts). Can anyone direct me to the pages about crafting or if it's in another books then provide the information? I already know about adding modifications to items but I've yet to find anything about crafting from scratch to make the item before modifications. Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Alright, the main one to have for crafting is Special Modifications:

• Brawl/Melee weapons: p.76
• Ranged weapons: p.78
• Droids: p.80
• Gadgets: p.84
• Cybernetics: p.85

Then we have Keeping the Peace, providing rules for Armor crafting on p.90; Endless Vigil has rules for Lightsaber crafting on p.84; then there's also Forged in Battle with rules for Fortification crafting on p.83. Brand new are the rules for starship crafting in Fully Operational, but since I don't have that one yet, I can't provide you a page number for that one.
