Hello, i wanted to clarify if Heigtened Reflexes can remove a Miss (x) , (is it considered a "RESULT"?) and what is the difference between this (Remove result) and Element of Surprise that states "Remove a Dice"

miss is not a dodge (E) . Dodge cause the attack to miss . Insufficient accuracy makes an attack miss . When an attack misses, the target suffers 0 damage. You cannot remove a miss , but you can cancel or remove a dodge.

Element of Surprise removes a die from the defense pool (before it is rolled).

Hightened Reflexes removes results from the defense pool. If you choose a die with a dodge in it, one dodge is removed from the defense pool.

To clarify what A1bert said, the real functional difference is that you use Element of Surprise before you roll dice and you can save Heightened Reflexes until after you see the results.
