AT-ST with 2 left legs

By Evad04, in Star Wars: Legion

More venting than anything but I was planning on getting my new AT-ST together today, only to find out it came with two left legs :(

Must be a terrible dancer partner.

Anyone know how fast their customer support responds? I put in s misding/defective component ticket but just curious how long I’ll be waiting?

i was missing a base from my core set and it’s been 4 days since I put that in and it just shows as received..

They must have a huge backlog to go through, I put in a request on last Friday before the support site went down and just yesterday it got updated from received.

Yeah, I had 3 total out of of issues a core set and one of each expansion

a missing base, missing flap on the T-47, and two left legs. Guess I will be waiting a while ;)

I just got a "shipped" notification. I submitted my request on Monday, the day their website was back up lol. So right now it's taking about 4 business days to process

Cool thanks for the estimate

Pretty sure that warrants a free Pivot per turn...

seems to be a lot of these mistakes. my mate got a movement template that was duplicated and so not usable. I got two Rebel troops without arms/guns (annoyingly the heavy z6 one).

so many people seem to be having mispacked boxes. I feel fortunate that the only issue i had is one of my 4 speederbikes front fender thingies had 1 less Left half and 1 extra Right half. So its glued on backwards, because honestly unless you hold it up close you cant even tell lol

Yeah there definitely seem to be an unusually large number of issues with missing or duplicate/wrong parts. Its a great thing that FFG has some of the best customer support ive ever experienced but this is really an issue they must fix.

I guess the decision to cut and package every mini individually opens up more room for error in production. If every mini was left on sprue, and we had to cut them off ourselves Im sure there would be far less issues like these (that is assuming each mini has all its pieces molded on the same sprue, I dont know if this is how FFG does it).

Put mine in about 5 days ago and got my shipping notification yesterday (for the part they had, still waiting on one part)

From my 2x core sets, and 1x of each expansion I had,
1x deformed trooper arm sockets (could not get arms in)
1x missing at-rt control leaver thingy

All in all, I was pretty impressed mostly because all my parts were still "usable" until my replacement parts come.

I was missing the handle from the AT RT. I got a response from customer service that it’s on hold because they don’t have any to send. I’m fine with it.

I had two identical parts of a speed-2 movement tool, so unable to join, and a missing speeder bike rider. There does seem to be a lot of packing issues indeed.

My core had two left arms for the AT-RT pilot, and no right arm. I put in a ticket with them that night, the day of release, and I just got my right arm for the AT-RT pilot today in the mail.
