The idea is Oicunn rams to do damage, trigger the Dauntless title, and then have the option of barrel rolling to get some range one arc dodging with a Decimator.

I am all for Bumpcunn! However, if you want him, flaunt him: EU and Daredevil overlaid on what you have just decimates the opposition (lol). Intel Agent probably isn't vital.

You could then downgrade the Rhos to Nus with Harpoons, if I were to choose. That leaves you 3 or 4 points (depending on whether you kept Intel Agent) with which to play.
