I've always liked 4 ship lists, but my lists are usually very offensive based, fast movers. Things like A-Wings and Jess Pava, or Flight Assist T65's and Norra. This list tries to merge some of that...but restrict the effectiveness of enemy weapons while still delivering a punch with Norra.

I'm curious if dropping VI from Norra and putting Fenn upto 11 and Norra with adapt to 8 would be better tho.

I like Norra’s offensive and defensive contributions. I would still fly Tarn instead.

One of my squad mates is running a similar list. Wes has R3A2, Fenn has M9G8 and weapons engineer, Rex as is and instead of Norra he runs Roark with a TLT. The crew is the one that gives focus tokens when you miss, so you have a token stack on whoever you want to protect. It’s a pain in the backside to push damage through (though I maintain he only beat my Kylo/Quickdraw/AP list because his greens didn’t roll a single blank after I annihilated Rex!)

Norra is an improvement in damage output but you lose the reliability of the TLT and the PS12 Rex shot.

To really mess with people's dice, replace Norra with Thane Kyrell (underrated pilot) with M9-G8 and Weapons Engineer. At lowish PS, he'll probably zap your opponent's dice first, then be able to use the target lock and possibly a focus for his own attack. Might not hit as hard as Norra, but it'd probably be stronger defensively.

Anyhow, looks overall fine.

The... Rex crew? That could be problematic...

I suspect he's referring to an Operations Specialist on Roark, handing out a focus to any ship nearby. Much better than Rex crew.

You shut down a lot of tokens...but people are getting real creative with getting mods beyond tokens
