It's likely beyond repair.

Utter bull*. Your posts have seen better days, btw...

Store them horizontally and give them some time. Had the same issue, wrinkels went away after a few weeks.

Fair enough.

I took mine back to the shop after a couple of weeks, got a full refund. I've got a friend who didn't do that and his are still screwed up six months later.

After 2 weeks of having stowed away my mat rolled very tightly I finally checked on it. It was still wrinkled. So I used the good weather and left the mat for 2 days on my balcony in the sun. No change at all. :(

So having tried everything else I think I'll go for the washing mashine

As I suggested earlier, if you will lay it flat inside a car the extra heat build up from the sunshine will speed the process up. I don't know how long it would take with it laying on the balcony because there is no heat buildup inside the balcony like there is inside a car. The heat builds up quickly from the sun shining through the windows. The extra heat is what helps.

I had a mat where 1/3 of it was wrinkled and 2/3 was flat. I sent pictures to FFG. They mailed me a replacement.
