Not looking to win any tournaments, just a list I wanna have a few fun games with.

Thoughts?

The basic premise--4 ships with strong control tools--can win tournaments. I know there was a 4-ship Scum list, mostly using low PS ships like these, which did pretty well in an earlier regional, before Ghost/Fenn took off. I don't think it went too deep on control, but ion and stress can really surprise some lists.

I feel like Torani Kulda is rarely going to want to use Slicer Tools. With R4 Agromech, she'll probably be focusing most of the time. I'd swap it for VI, to get that sweet PS 10. I'm not sure Slicer Tools are that good in general with this list, since your only source of stress is the Enforcer title, and Torani isn't enough of a threat and the bullseye isn't wide enough, that I don't think you'll put lots of stress on opponents. Hired Guns, even at PS 4, I think are going to be too low PS to reliably make good use of the title. Particularly with Ion, having the 360 degree coverage is really nice. I'll also suggest a great Ion piece: Inalrda with Ion Cannon and Crack Shot. She can force Ion tokens onto people who might otherwise outroll you, and sometimes all you'll really need is the first one to capitalize on that.

Here's what I'd do:

Option 1:

Inaldra (Heavy Scyk, Crack Shot, Ion Cannon) 21

Torani Kulda (VI, title, R4 Agromech) 31

2x Syndicate Thug (Unhinged, Ion Cannon Turret) 24 x 2 = 48

Option 2:

Inaldra (Heavy Scyk, Crack Shot, Ion Cannon) 21

Syndicate Thug (Unhinged, Ion Cannon Turret) 24

Dalan Oberos (Kimogila) (title, VI) 27

Karthakk Pirate (Tactician, Long Range Scanners) 26

This option 2 list has 2 points to spare, and I'm not sure the best way to use them. It could be sticking with R4 Agromech on Dalan, since that was your original thought. It could be Unhinged Astromech and Black Market Slicer Tools (now that the list has Tactician, it should be easier to trigger, and Dalan can get TLs through his ability, rather than relying on actions like Torani Kulda). It could be an Autoblaster Turret for the Karthakk Pirate. it could be Vectored Thrusters for the Y-Wing.

I agree with much of the above advice, but I'd throw this in as another option:

So, you have Unkar's Tractoring and the R4s to really help those Thugs connect. For stress, Viktor provides a plenty - ASTS makes the opponent want to target him, getting stressed, and all his upgrades help him keep kicking.
