LISTBUILDING EPISODE. As if Robert Stanley wasn't enough Texas for us, Kenny managed to convince ANOTHER Texan to come on the podcast to help us break down the current meta. That Texan is Brandon, and he is a genius.
In this episode, Brandon, Robert, and Kenny each discuss a particular list that they're working on in preparation for Worlds. Brandon is wedded to his double eRangers list (because, you know, he won a regionals with it), Robert thinks that AT-DP and Terro are a thing (because he likes to ruin the happiness of others), and Kenny gets an EXPLOSIVE Box with Han and Drokkatta.
While nothing is particularly off-meta, it's enough of a variation that we are sure you will profit from the insights offered. ENJOY!

I wonder if Ahsoka could work a little better with Devious in Merc lists. Of course you wouldn't use another heavy hitter like IG in that list. If you have comms disrupt/intel leak and a clawdite theres a good chance you will guarantee have 2nd round initiative (cuz you could comms disrupt Han's card too sometimes). But on some maps you could still bomb her in to kill a straggler somewhere and then dip her out relatively safely, or leave her to contest a less populated area objective. She still really wants focus or wild attack (etc) or tough luck so she can get that damage through to one shot stuff like jets. I think I'm just trying to convince myself, but I think maybe that would be the best way we could get maximum reliability out of Ahsoka in the current meta. She needs Yoda help.

Oh man you had to bring up that moment from the other night LOL...Greedo rolling a blank and you max rolling didn't help. Also learned that "Miracle Worker" is 3 spaces not just 2 the hard way :P. You having initiative round 2 made it real tough for me based on how you positioned that game with Han as you could easily take out any figure I sent to contest the middle or throne room stash (I had a jank list with glass cannon figures other than Onar). BT-1 still disappointed me again:wacko:

Seems pretty standard from what I've seen.

And Miracle Worker is a super ridiculous card. If it didn't have that expensive 5 point entry fee I imagine everyone would be running it.
